Shipping & Return Policy
Free shipping for all orders! We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the order will not be canceled during this period, considering handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email to find a good solution.
All orders are processed with 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email timely.
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 1 week to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If more than 2 weeks have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order.
Our return policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
